   Ram Charan is a highly acclaimed business advisor, speaker and author.  Ram is well-known for his books including Execution, co-authored with Larry Bossidy, the former CEO of Honeywell.  Execution reached number one on the Wall Street Journal list, and has been on the New York Time’s best-seller list for more than one hundred and fifty weeks.  His two newest bestsellers are Leaders at All Levels: Deepening Your Talent Pool to Solve the Succession Crisis (Dec 2007) and What The Customer Wants You to Know: How Everyone Needs to Think Differently About Sales (Dec 2007). He previously wrote Know-How: The 8 Skills That Separate People Who Perform From Those Who Don't.
