Janelle Brittain: Board, Business & Women's Leadership
In addition to Janelle’s 30 + years of business experience,
she is the Boardology® Executive Coaching & Training Manager for Boardroom Bound, an organization whose mission is to
get women and minorities on corporate boards. She has spent 16 years on non-profit boards and serves on two corporate advisory
boards.
Janelle’s business experience is in management, leadership,
training, marketing and sales. After 10 years in training and education in the health care field, she changed careers, entering
computer‑related product sales. During another 10 years selling computer and telecommunications systems for Xerox and
Control Data, Janelle researched and put into practice a series of techniques which skyrocketed her to top performer nationwide
with Xerox. This research and performance success propelled her to develop a series of interactive business training programs,
and to establish the Dynamic Performance Institute (DPI) in1989, in order to share her success techniques with others.
Janelle is the author of six published books, including her two
most recently published books: “Star Team Dynamics: 12 Lessons Learned from Experienced Team Builders,
and “How To Say It: Performance
Reviews.” During her 20 years as an internationally known speaker, facilitator, trainer and consultant,
she has helped tens of thousands in leadership, team building, communications, handling change, productivity, and management.
Her more than 300 clients include the largest of the large and the smallest of the small, i.e. from IBM to bright entrepreneurial
start-ups.
