Debra
Condren is a business psychologist, researcher, and founder and president of Business Psychology Solutions, an executive coaching
and performance development firm based in New York City and San Francisco. Dr.
Condren's 2006 book, “Am-BITCH-ous: How to Be Her Now! A Woman's Guide to Redefining
Ambition as a Virtue, Reigniting Career Passion, and Earning Her Worth Doing Work She Loves” is based on interviews
with 500 high-achievers.
Dr. Condren received a U.S. Small Business Administration's “Women In Business
Advocate of the Year 2000” award. She also served as Founder and Executive Director of the San Francisco Bay Area Women's
Business Alliance, an organization utilized by 2500 women over seven years. Over fifteen years, she has coached more than 1200 professionals, small business owners, executives, budding entrepreneurs,
and students. Also a business-savvy entrepreneur, business owner, and sought-after speaker, Dr. Condren’s ongoing research
findings, timely career advice, and organizational consulting techniques in the corporate and small-business sectors have
been featured on numerous national media outlets.
